Job Description

Mission Bistro is looking for a strong Sous Chef to join our team. We're a chef-driven bistro focused on seasonal California cuisine, working closely with local farmers, fishermen, and top producers. We're looking for someone who leads from the front, stays calm under pressure, has strong organizational skills, and genuinely cares about quality, consistency, and hospitality. Strong line experience, expediting, prep systems, ordering, and team leadership are essential. If you love great ingredients, a fast-paced kitchen, and being part of a team that takes real pride in what we do, we'd love to talk.
