Job Description
Pepperrell Cove is looking to hire an experienced Sous Chef for our multi restaurant complex, Bistro 1828, Frisbees Wharf and The View. Compensation is based on experience.
Applicants must possess the following:
5 years minimum cooking experience Food preparation, cooking, plating presentation Kitchen maintenance and cleaning Maintaining and rotating orders and inventory system Menu planning Following food safety requirements In return we offer a competitive pay and a great working environment and flexible hours.
