Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to foster teamwork and professional development. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Qualifications Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality environment, with a strong background in fine dining.
