With a newly renovated $6M state-of-the-art kitchen , an expanding food & beverage program (including a new brewery and restaurant concepts), and a commitment to locally sourced, garden-driven cuisine, this is a rare opportunity to help shape a culinary experience from the ground up. What You'll Do As Sous Chef, you'll be a key leader in our culinary operation, partnering closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional food, develop talent, and uphold the highest standards of fresh ingredients, quality and consistency.
You will:
Lead daily kitchen operations across multiple concepts, including our Main Dining Room, Brewery, Rock House Restaurant, and Banquets Drive consistency, quality, and execution across all dishes using established recipes and evolving menus Own the expo line—ensuring every plate meets our standards for excellence, timing, and presentation Train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing culinary team Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment Manage inventory, ordering, and product quality with a focus on freshness and local sourcing Collaborate on menu development, seasonal offerings, and farm-to-table initiatives Play an active role in building a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture What Sets This Role Apart Be part of a transformation- Help shape a reimagined culinary program rooted in tradition and innovation Work with incredible ingredients

Physical Requirements:
