Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef / Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your leadership and culinary expertise will help maintain our standards of excellence, foster teamwork, and uphold food safety protocols. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Assist in supervising daily kitchen operations, including food production, plating, and quality control Lead and motivate kitchen staff during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and high morale Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal food supplies Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Support menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or seasonal offerings Oversee catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of quality food in large-scale settings Requirements Proven experience in fine dining kitchens with strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques Supervising or team management experience within a busy restaurant or catering environment Familiarity with banquet operations, dietary requirements, and food handling procedures Knowledge of inventory management, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse culinary team Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shift responsibilities efficiently Previous restaurant experience demonstrating expertise in menu planning, food production, and service management Join our team if you're eager to elevate your culinary career in an energetic environment that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
