Sous Chef Join our team at LA FINA , a modern steakhouse renowned for its USDA Prime steaks, innovative menus, and scratch kitchen. Located in a glamorous, sophisticated setting, we are a family-owned and operated restaurant with a dedicated, long-standing team.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and help lead our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will:
Collaborate creatively : Assist in developing and executing innovative, seasonal menus. Lead with precision : Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish. Stay organized : Handle prep, inventory, and food ordering with efficiency. Maintain standards : Enforce food safety protocols and uphold our commitment to excellence. Qualifications:
Previous Sous Chef or senior line cook experience in a fine dining or upscale setting. A passion for steakhouse cuisine, fresh ingredients, and scratch cooking.
