Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Sous Chef and take the lead in delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food production, service, and cleanliness Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient shift management and team collaboration Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency with menu standards and presentation Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous hygiene standards across all kitchen areas Coordinate catering events and banquet functions, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service Contribute to menu planning by offering innovative ideas aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences Experience Proven experience in quick service, prepared foods, pizza and baking with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments Knowledge of dietary requirements and food handling safety protocols within hospitality settings Skilled in inventory management, food production techniques, and food service management Familiarity with restaurant operations, including shift management, menu planning, and customer service excellence Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of quality Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
