Job Description

South Carolina Credit & Office Operations Specialist (In-Office | Future Office Manager Track)
Location:
Walterboro, South Carolina (In-Office)
Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday | 1:00 PM - 8:00
PM EST Overview:
This is a foundational, leadership-track position for Alkavida's expansion into South Carolina. As our first in-office hire , you will play a critical role in building and managing daily operations from the ground up. This role is designed to grow into an Office Manager position , making it ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of an entire office. You will serve as the central point of contact for all credit operations while working closely with our Los Angeles headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the office daily, ensuring smooth and professional operations. Take full ownership of credit department processes and workflow. Process and review credit applications with a high level of accuracy. Ensure all customer documentation is complete, compliant, and properly filed. Verify customer purchases directly, confirming payment authorization and signed agreements. Submit and manage credit reporting to financial bureaus. Ensure all completed installations include proper photo documentation. Utilize Monday.com (CRM) to track applications, customer data, and internal workflows. Use QuickBooks for scheduling, record-keeping, and financial tracking. Participate in regular Zoom meetings with the Los Angeles office to stay aligned on operations and updates. Identify inefficiencies and help build scalable systems and procedures for the office.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Experience using CRM systems (Monday.com preferred). Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a startup-style office environment. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal teams. Experience in credit processing, administrative operations, or financial services. Experience processing loans or working with financial applications is highly preferred. Comfortable collaborating with remote teams via Zoom.
Growth Opportunity:
This role is designed for long-term growth into an Office Manager position , with increasing responsibility over team leadership, office operations, and performance as the South Carolina location expands.
Pay:
$24.07 - $25.00 per hour
