Role:
As a Spa Ambassador, you will host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, ensuring our guests have a rejuvenating and memorable experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Pristine Spaces:
Keep guest lockers, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms impeccably clean and sanitized.
Linen and Toiletry Management:
Distribute fresh linens and ensure locker room vanities are stocked with essential toiletries.
Enhance Guest Experience:
Foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, making each guest feel pampered and at ease.
Guest Registration:
Welcome guests, handle their registration, and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
Payment Processing:
Process various forms of payment, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
Reservations Management:
Manage spa reservations, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed. Benefits | We care for people so they can be their best .

Requirements Previous spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A passion for wellness and promoting a healthy lifestyle Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age
