Overview Join our vibrant, woman owned, woman run wellness team as a Spa Assistant/Front Desk professional, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your organizational skills and enthusiasm will help create a relaxing environment that keeps clients coming back. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills within a thriving spa setting. Duties Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive first impression Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, taking payments, and answer phone demonstrating professional phone etiquette and support Maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, and payments using our robust software Support office management tasks including calendar management and general administrative support Assist with inventory management and organize supplies to maintain a tidy, welcoming environment Keeping up with keeping the spa clean and tidy, laundry, and assisting service providers between appointments. Skills Proven experience in front desk or spa assistant roles with excellent organizational skills Strong computer skills and ability to catch on to our robust software. Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly demeanor and effective communication skills Knowledge of phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally Ability to multitask efficiently and be able to switch tasks easily when clients come in while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or office assistant experience is a plus for supporting daily operations seamlessly This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their administrative expertise while delivering top-tier customer support.
