Build trusting, long-term client relationships Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy, skincare, and spa memberships Schedule and confirm appointments; keep the daily appointment book balanced Maintain front desk organization and assist with inventory procedures Communicate clearly with clients and service providers to maximize efficiency Maintain the spa clean during downtime and assist with daily laundry for providers Assist with simple social media tasks; basic Canva skills are a plus Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions Requirements Ability to work flexible hours: mornings at 8:30 AM, weekends, and select holidays Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally Reliable transportation Computer proficiency Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
