Spa Front Desk & Client Experience Associate

The Tox Scottsdale is looking for a polished, reliable, and client-focused Spa Front Desk & Client Experience Associate to join our growing wellness studios in Scottsdale. We are especially interested in candidates with prior spa, med spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or luxury client service experience . This is not a passive front desk role. Our Front of House team plays a key role in the client experience, daily studio operations, rebooking, retail sales, package education, and overall studio flow. The right candidate is warm, professional, organized, sales-minded, and confident communicating with clients in person, over the phone, and through text/email. About The Tox The Tox is a luxury wellness brand specializing in lymphatic body sculpting and detox-focused treatments. Our Scottsdale studios are growing, and we are looking for someone who values client care, professionalism, education, consistency, and results. What You'll Do Greet clients warmly and create a polished, elevated first impression Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and client communication Use Mindbody to manage appointments and transactions Process payments for services, packages, memberships, gift cards, and retail products Support client checkout, rebooking, and follow-up conversations Educate clients on services, packages, bundles, memberships, gift cards, and retail products Assist with retail sales and product recommendations Help maintain strong rebooking and client retention habits Communicate with technicians to support a seamless client experience Maintain front desk organization, studio cleanliness, and daily operational standards Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, inventory, and daily reporting tasks Support promotional offerings, studio sales goals, and client experience standards Complete daily sales, retail, rebooking, and follow-up recaps as needed What We're Looking For Prior spa, med spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service experience strongly preferred Front desk, scheduling, or client service experience required Comfortable discussing packages, memberships, retail products, and rebooking with clients Warm, polished, and professional communication style Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to follow systems and procedures Positive team player who takes initiative and cares about the client experience Comfortable using booking, POS, and communication systems Experience with Mindbody is a plus Weekend availability preferred This Role Is a
