Spa Manager - Westglow Resort & Spa (Full-Time) Position Overview Westglow Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and service-driven Spa Manager to lead daily operations at our award-winning luxury spa. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, leading a high-performing team, and maintaining the elevated standards that define Westglow. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations, scheduling, and guest services Lead, coach, and develop spa staff to ensure exceptional service Maintain luxury-level standards in treatments, cleanliness, and presentation Manage inventory, retail merchandising, and product ordering Monitor performance, control costs, and support revenue growth Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Prior spa or luxury hospitality management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for wellness and delivering high-end guest experiences Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Preferred Experience in a luxury resort or Forbes/AAA-rated property Background in esthetics, massage therapy, or wellness services What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full-time position Employee discounts on spa, dining, and retail Growth opportunities within a luxury resort environment
