Spa Manager (Front Desk & Operations)

Bliss Spa is looking for a reliable, hands-on Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations and help create a smooth, relaxing experience for both clients and staff. This role is perfect for someone with spa or front desk experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll work closely with therapists, support the front desk, and help keep everything running seamlessly throughout the day. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in both client experience and team support. What You'll Be Doing Help manage the daily schedule and assist with last-minute changes or call-outs Support front desk during busy times (check-ins, phones, client flow) Ensure clients feel welcomed, heard, and taken care of Help resolve client concerns in a calm and professional way Work closely with therapists to keep services consistent and on time Assist in keeping the spa clean, organized, and running smoothly Support rebooking and memberships through great client experience Communicate with the team to keep everyone aligned throughout the day What We're Looking For Experience in a spa, salon, or customer service environment (Massage Envy, Hand & Stone, etc. is a plus) Someone dependable who can stay calm in a fast-paced setting Strong people skills with both clients and team members Organized and comfortable handling schedules and small issues as they come up Willing to be hands-on and jump in where needed Compensation & Perks Starting at $22/hour (based on experience) Consistent schedule Free monthly massage or facial Employee & family discounts Supportive, team-focused environment Why Join Bliss Spa We are a growing, family-run spa focused on creating a positive environment for both our team and our clients.
