Spa & Pool Attendant

The Spa & Pool Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, orienting them to spa amenities, and ensuring all guest areas remain fully stocked and maintained. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome, orient, and assist guests throughout the spa, salon, pool, and fitness facilities Provide professional and personalized guest service while responding to guest needs and inquiries Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all guest amenities Assist with guest check-in procedures and support front desk operations as needed Support overall spa and pool operations through teamwork and operational flexibility Utilize phone and computer systems to support guest service and daily operations Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn operational systems Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching Must be able to safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
