We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Weekend Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our sanctuary. Weekend Spa Receptionist (Part-Time)
Location:
Superior, CO Schedule:
Friday (Mid day shift 12:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM) Saturday & Sunday (Shift options: 10:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM)
Job Type:
Part-Time What You'll Do As our receptionist, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Client Hospitality:
Warmly greeting clients, checking them in upon arrival, and checking them out after their treatments.
Scheduling & Communication:
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and scheduling appointments with professionalism. Book, confirm, and modify spa appointments using computer software such as Microsoft Office and specialized booking systems. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills Assist with bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks or similar software to track payments and transactions
Spa Upkeep:
Assisting our therapist team by managing the spa laundry (washing, drying, and folding table sheets) to keep our rooms fresh and ready.
Sanctuary Atmosphere:
Maintaining the cleanliness and calm ambiance of the lobby and reception area. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and scheduling appointments with professionalism Book, confirm, and modify spa appointments using computer software such as Microsoft Office and specialized booking systems Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of client information and appointment details Support office management tasks including calendar management, filing, and general clerical duties Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills Assist with bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks or similar software to track payments and transactions
