OVERVIEW

Hand & Stone Spa in Kildeer is looking for outgoing, professional and goal-oriented Spa Sales Associates to join our growing team! This is not a summer seasonal position, we are looking for someone for the long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Spa Sales Associates responsibilities include: Greet clients upon arrival Check clients in/out for services while providing excellent customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Educate/Promote the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program Customize services for clients to match their needs Sell gift cards and spa packages Promote member retention Meet personal and spa sales goals Effectively communicating client concerns with management

QUALIFICATIONS
