We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Productivity Coach to join our leadership team. This role is designed to support new and emerging agents—especially those whose primary language is Spanish—in getting into production quickly and building a strong foundation for long-term success. Role Overview The Productivity Coach will work directly with new agents to provide coaching, accountability, and hands-on training to help them achieve their first closings. This position also partners with the leadership team to support recruiting, coaching, retention, and growth initiatives within the Market Center.
