The School District of North Fond du Lac is located five miles north of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin in Fond du Lac County. We serve over 1550 pre-kindergarten through 12th-grade students providing well-designed lessons by removing barriers and providing meaningful feedback helps to build success within all student learners. We are seeking an intelligent, motivated, passionate, innovative, and engaging teacher who will meet the needs of all students by effectively collaborating with the staff and partnering with our families. Our new teacher will be passionate and committed to their students' sense of belonging and well-being, They will include student voice into the classroom. while exhibiting strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Professional Knowledge:
Demonstrates an understanding of language acquisition, subject content, and the diverse needs of students by providing meaningful learning experiences. Builds the capacity of teaching staff to support all students.
Instructional Planning:
Uses approved curriculum, instructional strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all students. Plans instruction that integrates language development with content area learning.
Instructional Delivery:
A preferred candidate will have experience with the comprehensible input methods of language acquisition and/or the SOMOS curriculum. Engages students in learning through a variety of instructional strategies tailored to individual language proficiency levels. Implements strategies to develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English while supporting students' home languages when appropriate. Assessment for and of

Gathers, analyzes, and utilizes relevant data to measure student progress and guide instructional practices.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Provides individualized and small-group instruction as needed. Collaborates with families, colleagues, and administration to support student learning. Participates in staff development and professional learning opportunities. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Holds a Wisconsin DPI License in
World Language:
Spanish. Experience in language development instruction and strategies. Ability to design and modify instructional materials to meet the needs of all students. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
