Spare Parts Coordinator

Job Overview As part of the Spare Parts Group, this position is responsible for coordinating all Spare Parts activities Duties . Ability to read and interpret mechanical, and electrical drawings/blueprints. .Manage the Returns process, receive defects from customers and return to OEM .Assist with shipping & Receiving as needed

• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing their issues in a timely manner and expressing them. concern / urgency for their situation.
• Prepare spare part quotes and parts packages for equipment.
• Process spare parts orders for customers and service requests . Assist in the warehouse as needed with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Multi-task with various medias - phone, email, customer orders through web portals
• Effectively communicate (verbally & written) information with his/her team, customers and other departments in their origination.
• Report/escalating issues through the appropriate channels.
• Provides reports as requested.
• Backup for group as needed for filling in positions and duties.
• Additional responsibility as business needs dictate .Rotating weekend support as needed Required Education and Experience
• High School Diploma and Training in SAP or other platforms or associate's degree in this field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in parts environment, preferably in the machinery industry or similar.

Preferred Education and Experience Extensive computer skills in MS office and SAP Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written Injection molding machine experience Experience reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
