Key Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Instructional I or II certification in Special Education K-12, or eligibility to obtain full certification by July. Experience with elementary or middle school caseloads, preferably supporting 5th grade learners. Familiarity with effective push-in/pull-out teaching strategies. Strong communication skills for collaboration with other educators, support staff, and families. Commitment to differentiated instruction and individualized support planning. Ability to thrive in a structured, dynamic school setting.

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, standards-based lessons to students with diverse learning needs. Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team. Utilize data-driven instruction methods to track progress and adjust supports as needed. Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Provide academic, emotional, and behavioral support throughout the year.
