Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 15 or fewer high school and middle school students Co-teach within general education classrooms, delivering both push-in and pull-out support Create and implement specialized instruction tailored to each student's IEP goals Collaborate closely with general education teachers to provide a seamless, inclusive learning experience Monitor student growth, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate progress effectively Participate actively in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with all special education regulations Foster a supportive and accountable classroom community

Qualifications:

Active Maryland Special Education Teaching License (required) Experience working with high school students in special education settings preferred Strong skills in collaboration, adaptability, and communication Ability to thrive in co-teaching and inclusive environments
