What We're Looking For:

Valid state certification in Special Education Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher is strongly preferred Knowledge of creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Adaptability and patience in diverse classroom settings Ability to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one and in small groups to deliver tailored instruction that meets each student's unique needs Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and related service providers Track student progress, making necessary adjustments to instructional methods Create a safe and encouraging classroom culture that supports student success and well-being Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
