Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. This position is centered around working with 10th graders in a mild-to-moderate class, managing a focused caseload of 10 students. The program is designed to provide both co-teaching experiences in Alg 1, Geometry, and ELA 2, as well as targeted small group instruction, ensuring that each student receives the attention they need to thrive. In this position, you'll deliver meaningful instruction, collaborate closely with general education teachers, and support students' academic and social development through both co-taught and small group settings. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Special Education Teacher certification Experience with mild-to-moderate disabilities at the secondary level preferred Strong background in co-teaching models and small group interventions Ability to provide differentiated instruction in both math and English language arts Skill in developing and implementing IEPs Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff
