  • Full-time, Contract Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Key Qualifications:
Active LBS1 endorsement is required Previous experience working in self-contained special education programs is strongly preferred Ability to teach and adapt curriculum for a wide range of learning needs Skilled in building strong, compassionate relationships with students and families Strong organizational and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students in self-contained classrooms Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with students, families, and other professionals Track and document student progress, adjusting strategies to promote growth and achievement Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and other staff to support inclusive learning environments Foster a supportive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Maintain regular, clear communication with families regarding student goals, progress, and needs
