Key Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional strategies tailored to students' unique strengths and needs Manage caseloads and carry out all service delivery requirements outlined in students' IEPs Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators Monitor, track, and report on student progress toward IEP goals Provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, offering insight and support
