Role Responsibilities:

Serve as the Special Education Teacher at one dedicated school site (assignment to either a high school self-contained classroom or an elementary resource room) Deliver instruction, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and assess student progress Collaborate closely with fellow educators, support staff, and families to provide an inclusive, nurturing learning environment Participate in team meetings and benefit from paid indirect time to support documentation and planning Maintain regular communication to foster community and ensure each student's needs are met

Position Details:
