Sage Connections is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the current '25-'26 school year in a full-time role. Sage Connections is a therapist- and woman-owned special education staffing company, founded by a Speech-Language Pathologist with firsthand experience working in schools. We're looking for a compassionate and collaborative Special Education Teacher to provide direct instruction and individualized support for students with diverse needs. Hours:

37.5 hours/week Responsibilities Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs Participate and lead IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education Valid state teaching credential with appropriate Special Education endorsement Experience in school-based settings preferred Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong classroom management and differentiation skills Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners About Sage Connections At Sage Connections, our mission is to serve the Special Education community by creating a work experience where specialists can thrive—professionally, personally, and purposefully.
