Qualifications and Skills:

Current certification or licensure as a Special Education Teacher Experience adapting curriculum and instruction to meet individualized education program (IEP) goals Strong classroom management and organizational abilities Compassionate approach to supporting children with diverse learning and behavioral needs Collaborative mindset for working with paraprofessionals and other staff Effective communication with parents, students, and multidisciplinary teams
