Beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 10th, you'll work a consistent 37.5-hour weekly schedule. In this setting, you will manage a small caseload of five students, allowing for a highly individualized approach. Notably, two students have modified school days, making flexibility and adaptability key. You'll enjoy the support of two dedicated paraprofessionals in the classroom, ensuring collaborative strategies are in place to meet both academic and behavioral needs.

Desired Qualifications:

Current teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility) Experience with elementary-aged students, ideally within EBD programs or similar specialized settings Strong understanding of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Flexibility to adapt to students' schedules and evolving classroom needs
