Special Education Teacher in Mount Holly, NJ Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Mount Holly, NJ Job Details Full-time | Contract $20 - $45 an hour Qualifications Working with individuals with disabilities Working with students with special education needs Special Education Certification Teaching Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Mount Holly, NJ, supporting a 1st grade classroom through an in-class resource room model. This contract role runs from August 29 to November 6, providing an opportunity to work closely with young learners requiring specialized instruction within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of 1st grade students in the resource room Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to implement effective educational strategies Monitor student progress and adjust instructional plans accordingly Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the district Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey Special Education teaching license preferred Experience working with early elementary students in a special education setting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide supportive interventions
Location:
Mount Holly, New Jersey, within the public school district
Additional Information:
