Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract position will cover a leave of absence, running full-time from now through November. What We're Looking For:
Active California Mild/Moderate Teaching Credential (required) Strong understanding of resource specialist (RSP) programs Experience managing diverse caseloads and tailoring IEPs Dedication to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments Ability to provide a screenshot of your CTC credential Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What You'll Do:
Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to RSP students Develop, implement, and monitor effective IEPs Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families Track and report student progress, documenting growth and areas of need Foster a classroom culture prioritizing equity, encouragement, and growth Adapt teaching strategies to best meet each learner's unique strengths and needs
