Job Description

Overview The Nature Foundation at Wintergreen seeks a highly organized and personable Special Events & Membership Coordinator to support membership growth and execute engaging events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys logistics, customer service, and mission-driven work. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute events, including fundraisers and member programs Manage membership database, renewals, and new member onboarding Serve as primary contact for member inquiries Support email communications and event promotions Track event attendance, budgets, and outcomes Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in events, nonprofit work, or customer service Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Experience with CRM systems or email marketing tools Interest in conservation or environmental education
