Job Description

Special Events Coordinator 1 Bud Pl, Madisonville, LA 70447 Overview Champagne Beverage Company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to assist with the setup, execution, and facilitation of company-sponsored events. This role is essential to ensuring events run smoothly and represent CBC brands in a professional and engaging manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Set up, execute, and break down all Champagne Beverage Company-sponsored events Coordinate on-site activities with event promoters to effectively showcase CBC brands Serve as the primary Champagne Beverage Company liaison and on-site contact for fairs, festivals, and special events Attend and support all major sponsored events Assist with draft line setup and operation as needed Perform additional duties as assigned High School Diploma or GED required Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, clients, and event partners Familiarity with catering services, beverage service, or banquet operations preferred Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong verbal communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to bend, squat, push, and pull repeatedly Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly Ability to lift up to 175 lbs with assistance or equipment Ability to push/pull handcarts Ability to tow trailers and operate large vehicles when required Equal Opportunity Employer Champagne Beverage Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
