We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Account Service to join our Archer team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Establish new accounts and process account maintenance items according to service level agreements
  • Manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day to ensure accounts are traded within the client/sponsor guidelines
  • Process Quality Control checks of New Accounts and Account Maintenance Transactions to ensure accuracy prior to trading
  • Communicate frequently with custodians, banks, and brokers to expedite and resolve issues To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0 - 5 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience working under tight timelines, producing accurate results, and mitigating risks
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail
