The Specialized Human Resources Analyst I provides research, analysis and project support within a specialized Human Resources unit and interfaces with Human Resources Business Partners.

Depth & Scope:

Provides a range of administrative, analytical and project support Conducts complete analysis including data gathering and validation; may be required to present findings Accesses, compiles, verifies and presents data, efficiently and accurately, in a clear and meaningful way Tracks statistical data relating to existing programs; creates and produces reports and documentation Independently gathers and presents data / information Understands processes / procedures in own specialized area May be a contact for assigned project / process which is limited in scope and complexity Coordinates internal and external research projects as required Supports the Business in Managing HR Issues Ensures ongoing communication with the team on the status / progress of projects and issues / points of interest Participates in action planning to address employee survey results Contributes to projects and activities as directed, including process improvements, special projects and reporting Implements HR Programs Contributes to the implementation of new programs through coordination and research Participates in post implementation reviews by collecting and analyzing information

Education & Experience:
