Specials Packer

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures orders are fulfilled accurately and distributes products by location.

Essential Functions:

Matches product SKU numbers accordingly to the scanner to ensure pick accuracyEnsures the quality of the part within acceptable parameters, ships no damaged productUtilizes creates and or pallets to organize product for shipment

Knowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities:

Able to perform tasks accuratelyMust be detail-orientedResponsible for maintaining familiarity and knowledge of company product line locations and priorities regarding outgoing orders Strong organizational skills and flexibilitySelf-motivated and customer service driven attitude Able to stay organized and on taskAble to use scanners in conjunction with the packing processMeet and maintain accuracy and production goalsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a teamComply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulationsPerform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned
