In-Person Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support the manufacturing of high-quality specialty wood products. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork. The Production Associate will assist with woodworking operations, equipment setup, quality inspections, and general production support while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency. This is a fully onsite position that requires standing for the duration of the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production of fine-quality specialty wood products Operate and maintain basic woodworking tools, machinery, and production equipment Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship standards Set up and adjust production equipment under supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate supply shortages, maintenance concerns, or equipment issues to the Front Shop Supervisor Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and guidelines Support additional production and manufacturing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Previous woodworking, manufacturing, or materials handling experience preferred'

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures Ability to consistently meet production goals with accuracy and efficiency Reliable work ethic and willingness to support team operations Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent lifting of 25-75 pounds Ability to regularly climb, reach, pull, stoop, crawl, and bend Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to: Dust and wood particles Noise and machinery Temperature and moisture fluctuations Fumes and odors Required safety equipment may include: Eye protection Hearing protection Safety footwear Respirator protection when necessary
