Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Sign Shop and Distribution Specialist at our Tipton IN site. VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.
What You'll Do:
  • Produce custom signage and graphics for Seed entities and partners.
  • Ensure finished products positively portray the company image, with visually attractive graphics and legible text.
  • Proofread artwork for content and typographical errors; verify that trademarks and brand elements are correct. Partner with TBI (Trademark Brand Integrity) to confirm Legal approval before production whenever there is any doubt, whether artwork is received from the requestor or created within the department.
  • Follow customer requests for product type and specifications; ensure graphics are appropriately sized for finished signs and banners and that special finishes are applied as required.
  • Develop and recommend new, creative sign concepts to the Sign Shop Coordinator to support a current and relevant online catalog and order site.
  • Process invoices in the Access database.
  • Assist with coordination and completion of annual marketing projects.
  • Monitor and maintain sign shop supplies inventory.
  • Assist in leading and training contingent workers.
  • Complete outbound packaging and shipping for Specialty Sign materials and kitting projects.
  • Use shipping software and systems such as RXO Connect, FedEx, and USPS tools.
  • Record and report metrics related to product shipment.
  • Support annual warehouse setup and continuously evaluate inventory levels.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
  • Various other duties as assigned
Education:
  • You have your High School Diploma/GED.
What Skills You Need:
  • You are comfortable with technology and possess a basic computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft 365 Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company-specific applications as required
  • You are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: Stand and sit for extended periods, lift up to fifty (50) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting.
  • You are detail orientated, organized, and can multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
  • You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organization.
  • You demonstrate an unwavering commitment to prioritizing health and safety, assisting others, and adhering to protocols ensuring the well-being of both you and your colleagues.
  • You are willing and able to work a day shift schedule.
What Makes You Stand Out:
  • Graphic design training or equivalent experience in a production/design environment.
  • Familiarity with common design and production tools (e.g., Flexi and Adobe Photoshop) and file-transfer methods (e.g., FTP sites, Dropbox, WeTransfer).
  • Prior experience proofreading artwork and applying brand standards (including correct trademark usage) in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with packaging, shipping, and order fulfillment processes, including use of common carrier systems (e.
g., FedEx/USPS) and shipping software. Benefits -
