To offer students with the highest needs the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning in a low-demand, low-stress environment with dedicated support. By providing a smaller, structured summer setting, we ensure that students can fully participate in meaningful experiences that enhance their independence, social skills, and overall well-being. The goal is to maintain a level of consistency and routine to help them return to school in the fall.FLSA Status:

Open until filled with earliest review of application on May 19th, 2026. Internal Only. 1 certified SPED position available Applicants must be available to work the date of the entire summer program. Program is 5 hours per day, 4 days a week for 4 weeksESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meets the standards of Competent and Ethical Performance as outlined in Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 584-020-000 to 584-020-045). The following are examples of principle duties; however, any one position may not cover all duties listed and examples may not cover all duties an employee is expected to perform. Model and teach respect with an awareness of diversity. Effectively work with and respond to people from diverse cultures or backgrounds. Establish clear objectives and create long- and short-range plans for instruction to meet needs,abilities and interests of students.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
