Based just outside Union City, CA, you'll thrive in an engaging, onsite-only role that offers diverse experiences across multiple campuses.
Key Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) Prior experience providing SLP services in schools preferred Strong background in administering speech/language evaluations and assessments Comfortable working as an itinerant therapist, traveling between sites as needed Effective communicator who excels in fast-paced, collaborative educational environments Commitment to individualized care for students of varying ages and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload that spans PreK to adult learners Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state standards The position offers a consistent part-time schedule of 27.5 hours per week, focusing on traditional school year and extended school year (ESY) programming.
