Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing dedicated speech-language services within educational settings. This contract opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students' communication skills and collaborating with school-based teams.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued Ability to conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress Strong organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and support staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small group sessions Complete comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to students' needs Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and session notes Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth Act as a resource for best practices in communication and language development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
