Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to work with school age students in the West Lawn, PA area for Extended School Year programming (Monday-Thursday) over the months of June and July. A Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) provides school-based speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12. This role focuses on improving communication, language development, and classroom participation through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students (K-12) Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success Complete required documentation , including: Progress notes Data collection IEP updates and annual reviews Participate in IEP meetings as needed Perform case management duties when assigned Provide AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) consultation as needed Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable)Requirements:
Master's Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program CCC-SLP (ASHA Certification) required Active Pennsylvania SLP License Valid Educational/Instructional Certificate (PA) Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamBenefits:
