Job DescriptionWhat we are looking for: Metro's Speech Department continues to grow and we are looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to service patients in their homes in Eastern Nassau & Western Suffolk County. Strong Clinical Fellow applicants with experience in treating adults and dysphagia are encouraged to apply. QualificationsLicensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible for CFEvaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.

Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.

Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques &
