Speech-Language Pathologist

About the Opportunity We're hiring School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year across the Puyallup area and surrounding districts. This role supports K-12 students in nearby communities including Enumclaw, Sumner, Bonney Lake, Orting, and Lakewood , offering a great mix of location flexibility and strong district support. What You'll Do Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Support a variety of communication needs including articulation, language, and social communication Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Washington State SLP license ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification through OSPI Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred/required Prior school-based experience strongly preferred Must be able to work onsite Why This Role Competitive pay: $65-$75/hour K-12 caseload options (manageable caseloads) Multiple nearby school locations for flexibility Supportive, team-oriented school environments Opportunity to work across diverse student populations Location Highlights Work in and around the Puyallup area, with opportunities in: Enumclaw Sumner / Bonney Lake Orting Lakewood (Clover Park area) Enjoy a balance of suburban comfort, easy commuting, and access to outdoor recreation throughout the region.
