Job Description
Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Take the next step in your school-based speech career with an engaging contract opportunity serving students in a supportive educational environment. Highly skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants are needed for an onsite role, providing direct services to children across several campuses for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload, collaborate within dynamic school teams, and make a meaningful impact in students' communication abilities.
Qualifications:
Active SLPA license in good standing Prior experience in school settings or with school-age populations preferred Ability to deliver direct speech-language services as supervised by an SLP (CCC) Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 60 students Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills No clinical hours required for this positionPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs, under SLP supervision Collaborate with supervising SLPs and educational staff at primary, elementary, and middle school campuses Document session notes, track student progress, and participate in team meetings as needed Help facilitate generalization of skills in classroom and school settings Support students' communication needs and goals throughout the contract durationBenefits & Perks:
