Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Tomball, TX

Qualifications:

Active SLPA license in good standing Prior experience in school settings or with school-age populations preferred Ability to deliver direct speech-language services as supervised by an SLP (CCC) Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 60 students Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills No clinical hours required for this position

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs, under SLP supervision Collaborate with supervising SLPs and educational staff at primary, elementary, and middle school campuses Document session notes, track student progress, and participate in team meetings as needed Help facilitate generalization of skills in classroom and school settings Support students' communication needs and goals throughout the contract duration
