About Us Garden State Rehab is a New Jersey-based practice located in Kearny that provides high-quality speech therapy services to children and adults. We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC or Clinical Fellows) to join our growing team. Position Summary We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC or CFY) for immediate openings in Kearny, NJ. This position is available on a full-time basis and offers competitive compensation, clinical mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation

• Full-time hourly rate: $45/hour (with benefits)
• Direct service rate (per patient hour): $70-$75 Clinical Fellowship Support We are committed to supporting our Clinical Fellows both clinically and administratively.

Supervision is provided by a qualified ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist to ensure optimal guidance and mentorship. We offer individualized and ongoing support to help new clinicians build confidence, independence, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Provide services to pediatric and adult populations across a range of diagnoses
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with professional standards Preferred Availability
• Saturday availability is preferred
