Job Description

Position requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders Eligibility for Florida SLP licensure and Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Passion for working with pediatric, school-based populations
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students under supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assess, diagnose, and support treatment planning for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders (as appropriate for CFY level) Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds Engage in ongoing mentorship and supervision activities to successfully complete CFY requirements If you're a recent graduate ready to grow into a confident, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist, this CFY opportunity offers mentorship, professional development, and the chance to make a lasting difference.
