Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract A school located in Cairo, NE, is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year. These on-site roles focus on providing specialized speech therapy services to students, with a commitment to delivering in-person support. Position 1 is dedicated to elementary-aged students, requiring an SLP with experience or interest in working with this age group. Position 2 focuses on early childhood speech therapy for children up to 5 years old. Both roles are full-time and demand hands-on service delivery; virtual work and Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) candidates will not be considered.
Key Qualifications:
Certification as an SLP with either Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create and implement effective speech therapy plans tailored to student needs Commitment to on-site presence and collaboration with school staff

Cairo, Nebraska Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with educational goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required
