Speech Language Pathologist (CFY / CCC SLP) Peak Potential Therapy

Our therapists work collaboratively in a transdisciplinary environment designed to support both clinical excellence and professional growth. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities Conduct formal and informal evaluations and diagnostic assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and home-based communication programs Lead social pragmatic groups and small group therapy sessions Maintain timely and compliant daily and quarterly clinical documentation Support communication development, social language, articulation, expressive and receptive language, and functional communication skills Provide oral motor intervention as appropriate Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Train team members and caregivers on speech and language strategies Participate in team collaboration and ongoing program development What This Role Is A hands-on pediatric therapy role focused on meaningful outcomes A collaborative environment with OT, ABA, and support staff A flexible role with full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities available A supportive environment for both CFY and CCC SLP clinicians Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Current Ohio SLP license required CFY and CCC SLP candidates encouraged to apply Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire State and FBI Criminal History background checks required CompensationBenefits Competitive compensation based on experience and employment type Flexible scheduling options Full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities available 401(k) with employer matching for eligible employees Paid Time Off for eligible full-time employees Professional development and continuing education support Supportive and clinician-focused environment Locations 7689 Sagamore Hills Blvd., Northfield, OH 44067 1309 Norton Ave., Suite 120, Norton, OH 44203 Who This Role Is Ideal For An SLP who enjoys working with children and families Someone looking for flexibility and a supportive team culture A clinician who values collaboration and creativity A professional passionate about helping children build communication and independence Peak Potential Therapy is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing all employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
